My Fat Loss Factor Review [Honest & Unbiased]

Hey guys

Welcome to my written fat loss factor review. I posted a video review a few weeks ago that you can checkout on YouTube below. Before I get started, just a little about me: My name is Jon O'Shea. I live in Queensland, Australia and I hold a Bachelors degree in sport science from Auckland University, New Zealand. I take  and aim to provide an honest and in-depth review to help you make the right decision.

As you probably know, the fat loss factor program has garnered a lot of attention in recent times which has led me to take a close look and breakdown what they are selling, how it works and whether it's a wise investment for anyone looking to lose weight and get in shape.

Review: Straight off the beat, the program offers you 4 different levels of weight loss, ranging from beginner to extreme, depending on your personal situation and experience level. You then get started with a two week detox of natural foods, nothing processed, to clear out your system and prime your body for weight loss. The detox is fairly restrictive, which some may find difficult to adjust to, but the rationale behind using it is sound.

This then leads into the 12 week main diet plan. The diet is based around natural, whole foods from each of the four main macro-nutrient groups (protein, carbohydrates, fresh fruit and vegetables and healthy fats) which gives you a broad range of foods to enjoy. Everything from beans and lentils to chicken and steak are included here to ensure you get a balanced intake of essential nutrients.

In addition to the diet plan, the fat loss factor provides an exercise program to increase results and provide a holistic approach to wellness. Similar to the initial diet phase, you can chose between 3 x 12 week exercise plans. Each are based on a combination of cardio and resistance training. The cardio portion employs principles of high intensity interval training which are scientifically proven to accelerate fat loss compared to steady-state exercise. As for the resistance training, compound, multi-joint movements are strongly promoted, and rightfully so. These movements activate large amounts of muscle tissue, which increases energy expenditure.

My verdict: my personal views of the program are generally good. I really the like the fact the program is fully customizable, as too often programs, especially for weight loss, provide a rigid structure and expect you to conform to their rules. The fat loss factor offers a long-term health solution, not a quick fix, which is the only path to sustainable results and the prevention of relapse. I do have just a few issue, however. At first glance, there can seem to be a lot of information to go through, which is why I recommend breaking down the e-book into smaller more manageable pieces. Once you've wrapped your head around these, you can then move on to the next section. There is also a few additional costs to content with that warrant consideration. These include exercise equipment/gym memberships and organic food.

Overall, the fat loss factor program is a very good program and does exactly as advertised and justifies the attention it has received. If you're in two minds, I recommend trying it out. After all, it comes with a 60 day money back guarantee.

Hopefully you guys have found this review helpful. If you have any further questions, please let me know in the comments section below. Cheers, Jon.
